I support women over 50 as they learn how to use nutrition and movement as powerful tools for vibrant, confident aging.

As a certified yoga teacher, I incorporate different forms of movement and breath work into accessible classes that enhance physical and mental health for strong bodies and clear minds. I encourage women to find their own way to access the vital benefits of everyday movement to continue to move freely and independently.
