My goal is to enable you to make informed choices, that feel good in your body and make sense in your life. It’s all about finding balance and improved vibrancy for confident, independent aging. I help women 50+ find that balance and use the powerful tools of nutrition and movement.
As a certified yoga teacher, I incorporate different forms of movement and breath work into accessible classes that enhance physical and mental health for strong bodies and clear minds. I encourage women to find their own unique way to access the vital benefits of everyday movement in order to continue to move freely and independently.
