Why I Teach

I teach women 50 and older how to use nutrition and movement in practical, approachable, and sustainable ways, to help them age with strength, confidence and vitality. I believe vibrant health comes from nourishing your body, moving well and understanding what truly supports your well being.

The science of nutrition and movement is always evolving and so am I. I’m committed to continually learning, so that I can look beyond passing trends and share information that’s practical and evidence based. 

My goal is to help you make informed choices that fit your body and your life. I’d like to help you understand why your body responds the way it does, so you can make decisions with confidence. 

I encourage you to better understand your own unique relationship with food and movement and ask yourself one question: 

“Am I having any fun?” 

Because taking care of yourself should leave you feeling good, not overwhelmed by a whole new set of rules.
