Pull up a chair and stay awhile. I know, I know, you’re sitting too much, especially these days, perhaps eating too much too; drinking too much, complaining too much, too much stress, too little social interaction, too much caffeine, too little sleep and too little exercise, which leads me right back to where I started. The chair. The Wellness Chair to be precise.

My goal as your wellness ‘Chair’ is to bring you information that will help you thrive; to guide you through the complex world of health so you learn what your body needs and why. We’ll discuss how to sit and how to move. You’ll learn how to keep your body strong and healthy and your mind clear and active. We’ll talk nutrition from the inside out and outside in, the good, the bad and more.
