Early Signs of Dehydration
When you’re experiencing fatigue, anxiety, headaches, depression, muscle cramps and food cravings, these can all be a sign of dehydration. These early signs can lead to further physical and mental complications if not addressed. Several studies have found that dehydration alone can affect short term memory, reaction time, attentiveness and overall concentration. Although some of these symptoms are often related to other issues as well, making sure your body is well hydrated is always a good first check.
